Auralytics Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using Auralytics, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. User Eligibility and Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for the content you upload and should not upload copyrighted or inappropriate material.
• You agree not to misuse or manipulate the AI feedback system.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Auralytics to:

• Upload, share, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or organization.
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or any systems or networks connected to the platform.

3. Intellectual Property

• All features, designs, and systems used within Auralytics are the intellectual property of the platform and its creators.
• By uploading content to Auralytics, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide our services to you.
• We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. Do not upload content that infringes on others’ intellectual property rights.

4. Usage Restrictions

Auralytics may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or community guidelines, including but not limited to the following:

• Abusive behavior
• Uploading copyrighted material without permission
• Misusing AI feedback
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limitations
• Any activity that disrupts or negatively impacts our services

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Auralytics is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auralytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes to these Terms by posting a notice on our website or through other means.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we believe is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
